I was absolutely thrilled with my 2 initial sterling silver necklace from Onecklace.com It arrived as promised, and it looks better than I imagined? The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the bail...the thing that holds the pendant on the chain....I would have just preferred an "o" ring...the bail gets hooked up once in awhile. I will definitely order again. Thanks for delivering what was ordered, very happy!

Hi there, Honestly, I was very excited with anticipation waiting for my necklace to arrive, once it did, I have to say I was let down somewhat. The back of the monogram had dents and scratches and the clasp where the charm connects to the chain is halfway open. It's fallen off three times while wearing it. I've had to take a pair of plyers to it. I am an avid collector of monogram pieces and I was not fully satisfied with the purchase. I love the concept but for $50 dollars I expected far better.

I rate the necklace 5 stars. S&H however did not meet expectations at all. Our product was advertised to come before Christmas. It actually arrived a week after Christmas.

really cute necklace
i really like how my necklace came out - i get random compliments from people on it. the one thing that's mildly annoying is that the chain tends to catch in the back part of the loop on top of the charm where it folds. other than that, love it!
