Compass Necklace

I'm very impressed by the necklace. It looks beautiful and the quality is very nice. However, I'm rather upset about the presentation. I also purchased the gift box and bag. The bag came with some dark sticky substance stuck on it, making it unusable. Thankfully the gift box was not damaged so I could still use it. The gift card was very bad quality. The message I requested was misspelled and looked like it was written by a 5 year old. Very bad handwriting. (Onecklace) I would suggest typing cards for your customers or perhaps having someone with better penmanship write them. Next time I will skip the gift bag/box option and just purchase my own. Really not worth it.
