Dangling Name Necklace

Excellent customer service isn't determined when an order is completed with no problems or glitches. Rather, excellent service occurs when a company addresses a problem promptly and professionally. There was a miscommunication about the format of the 3 names I ordered for the "dangling names" necklace. When I contacted Onecklace, the customer service representative, Sarah, immediately replied and replaced the necklace, and I now have exactly what I wanted. I enthusiastically recommend this product and this company.

It's easy to provide good customer service when all goes well. The real test of good customer service is when there's a problem. I ordered this necklace with 3 names, but wanted the letters to read vertically, i.e., to be stacked. There was a miscommunication, and the necklace I received was like the website example, i.e., with the letters reading horizontally. When I reported this problem, Onecklace immediately responded and remade the necklace as I ordered. I now have exactly what I wanted, a necklace with the names of my grandchildren. Many thanks to Onecklace for their responsiveness and extra effort for great customer service.
