I would give NoNecklace 10 stars especially for their customer service. I ordered 3 piece initial puzzle necklace for me and my 2 sisters, one was turning 50. We had a little problem with the initial on one of them, and within days they replaced it. The necklaces were great hit.

The necklace arrived sooner than expected. It is very pretty and delicate, I have not taken it off. If I had any suggestion, it would be to add a tiny detail at the end of the extender (to finish it off nicely). I am certain anyone would be pleased to own this!

Au début j'étais un peu hésitant à commander mon collier, car je ne connaissais pas forcément ce site. Mais aujourd'hui je suis très satisfait de ma commande.
