Aussitôt le service clients, au vue des photos que nous leur avons transmises, a procédé à une nouvelle commande et nous avons reçu un second collier, sans aucun frais ni retour du premier collier défectueux, qui cette fois-ci est superbe ! Bravo au service client pour sa gentillesse

Great quality but smaller than I expected
