To a bit for delivery but could’ve been due to covid 19

I purchased this necklace for my granddaughter's 12th birthday. She loves it! I love the necklace just as much and plan to order my 10 yr old granddaughter one for her birthday in October. I had to contact Customer Service and was quite pleased with their response time and solution. Will definitely be ordering other keepsakes from them as well. So glad I found them!
