Service was excellent, easy and prompt. Purchased for my granddaughter who absolutely loved her necklace. I am a very satisfied customer.

I love this necklace. I got the 16” chain and paired it up with a 18” gold chain I already had and it’s beautiful. Only downside is that it’s pretty pointy. I have scratched my neck a couple of times in the shower. So I’d stay away from getting a 14” chain as an adult. The 16” is perfect if you’re looking to pair it with other chain lengths.

The necklace I ordered arrived in good time was not correct. I contacted customer service who were very helpful and sent me a corrected item. I was happy with the service I received, and pleased with the final product. I would purchase from oNecklace again.

Necklace is beautiful. Present for niece- who loved it. Well packaged and notified of correct delivery date in advance. The only downside was I was charged £12 additional import duty and royal mail handling! Shock !!

Overall nice quality. Took long time for shopping. It arrived in a couple knots which being so thin and fragile took a lot of patience. Was aggravated at first, but wife loved it. So overall happy with necklace.
