The bracelet is pretty. Shipping was fast. My only complaint is the name is hard to read. The font needs to be different. I gave it to my niece for her birthday, I had her nickname put on it & I had to tell her what it says.

I ordered 2 rings and they are simply gorgeous. Because I’m hard on jewelry, I am very pleased at the sturdiness of these rings and I hope they last me a very long time. They arrived so quickly, too! I live on the middle of the Pacific and they were here in 2 or 3 days! 100% satisfied.

This ankles is beautiful, the stone is lovely and it came quickly. It was also packaged in a wonderful cloth bag.

It's easy to provide good customer service when all goes well. The real test of good customer service is when there's a problem. I ordered this necklace with 3 names, but wanted the letters to read vertically, i.e., to be stacked. There was a miscommunication, and the necklace I received was like the website example, i.e., with the letters reading horizontally. When I reported this problem, Onecklace immediately responded and remade the necklace as I ordered. I now have exactly what I wanted, a necklace with the names of my grandchildren. Many thanks to Onecklace for their responsiveness and extra effort for great customer service.

This is my "go-to" gift with the grandchild's name for new grandmothers. The recipient always loves it, and when the grandchild is old enough to recognize his/her name, the child appreciates the tribute too.
