I ordered this necklace in gold for myself. When I received it, the gem had fallen off of the necklace. I contacted customer service and attached a photo of my necklace to let them know it was damaged. They immediately emailed me back and sent out a new one. I love how fast they responded. The product itself is wonderful as well.

I am so pleased that I ordered this necklace! It is so stunning, quality is great and size is perfect. It is bigger than I expected which is a positive. I have received a lot of compliments from people, even those who didn’t know it was a zodiac item said it looked very beautiful.
