Well it happened on my maiden order; it was misdelivered by the USPS. But customer service rep Maria responded quickly and expedited the reorder. It was touch & go for the 5days that passed her birthday as she didnt believe I had gotten her something special. But in less that 1week I received the reorder direct from manufacturer. And she loves it! It hold special meaning to her for it is the 1st gift ever to her in her chinese name in the 60+ years since she was adopted from Hong Kong. Job well done as she donned it to wear to her work where she cares for elderly residents. Thank you Maria and Onecklace!
